Discworld Noir "Scelte"

Scusate ragazzi, ho scaricato Discworld Noir che parte correttamente ma nella schermata iniziale se scelgo l'opzione "Scelte" il gioco crasha e si chiude. Morale della favola: "non posso mettere i sottotitoli al gioco".

 The last problem reported was related to the options in the main menu -    
  when clicking on 'options' in the main menu, the game crashes. Well, we're  
  sorry, but it isn't related to our rip or crack, and seems to be a bug in  
  the game (the same problem occurs with the original game). As explained    
  before, u can fix this by hitting 'F1' instead of clicking on 'options' -  
  this will bring u to the options menu where u can load/save a game or      
  modify the game settings

Grazie Oppe , non ci avevo fatto caso.
Solo un'altra cosa: come s'installa questo bugfix?
Lancio l'eseguibile che c'è all'interno o devo solo fare copia/incolla?
Direttamente sulla ISO o al gioco installato?

Si applica cosi :

Unzip the zips, then unrar the rars and extract the files in the dir        
  where the game is installed (i.e.: C:\DISCNOIR) and overwrite all files.    
  If u don't install the game in the default directory (C:\DISCNOIR), u'll    
  need to edit DISCNOIR.REG and modify the 3 lines 'HD Path', 'Install Path'  
  and 'Sample Path' according to the dir where the game is. Then double      
  click on DISCNOIR.REG to update the registry.                              
                                                                             
  If u haven't done so already, CREATE A DIR NAMED 'CD1' IN THE ROOT OF THE  
  DRIVE WHERE THE GAME IS INSTALLED (i.e.: C:\CD1).                          
                                                                             
  Last but not least, UNLESS U HAVE THE ADDONS, DO NOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS    
  (MUSIC, SPEECH) OR THE GAME WILL CRASH !!!                                  
  To modify the language settings or load a previously saved game, DO NOT    
  SELECT 'OPTIONS' from the main menu, but hit F1 instead and select your    
  language/option.                                                            
                                                                             
  To start the game, click on TIN3_DXD.EXE.
